My mother–her name is Yvonne–cooks the best eggs. I was visiting her recently in the small town of Shakopee, Minnesota. We stopped at a tiny place called Sarah’s Consignment on main street. Mom said we had to pick up her weekly supply of eggs. That’s right–Sarah brings them fresh from her neighbor’s farm to her little consignment store. So we brought them home and Mom made her fresh, fluffy scrambled eggs for lunch. Once you taste eggs like these you will be spoiled forever. My family calls them “Von’s eggs”. I will post her simple scrambled eggs recipe as soon as I can reach her. She is a very busy 85 year old.
